Resistance to (friction/viscosity), streamlining, speed and direction of wind and water currents on sailing, kite flying, running and cycling. |
Determine the angle at which a projectile must be thrown to obtain maximum range and describe the procedure; construct simple catapults; apply this knowledge to sports involving throwing e.g. javelin, discus.
