Example 1

Many factors contribute to the disadvantages encountered by women in the labour market. Women have
limited access to stable, well-paid employment and are confined to ÔfeminineÕ work. In vocational courses women opt for less technical fields which narrow their opportunities. Women are also faced with the attitudes of employers and society itself when they seek employment. This is due to sociocultural factors. In poor countries, women are disadvantaged in secondary or tertiary education because of entrance requirements or the cost of courses. Although numerous programmes are put in place by non-governmental organizations, they do not look at the impact of this training due to lack of monitoring and reporting. Such programmes may reinforce existing gender roles and biases.

Example 2

Though women have increasing opportunity to earn income, they are still disadvantaged economically,
being mostly restricted to low-level, low-paying jobs. Contributing factors include low female enrolment
in the technical-vocational areas that pay well. Females make some poor choices in areas of study
because of their own values. They are influenced by other negative social attitudes towards various
areas of employment. Another factor is that the school system does not help already disadvantaged
girls to reach the entry requirements for technical training nor can they pay the high costs. Informal
training is provided by private companies, but the quality of this training is not monitored, and it may
only serve to maintain a negative situation.

Example 3

The main factors that contribute to the disadvantages found by women in the world of work are
educational and social. In relation to formal education and training, many women in most parts of the
world cannot afford or do not qualify for entry to post-primary institutions. Those who do often
restrict themselves to non-technical ÒfeminineÓ subjects. This practice is reinforced by society and
helps to limit the women in their job choices. Non-formal training is available in private institutions,
but the courses in these situations are inadequately monitored and might reinforce the negative attitudes
and gender issues that are already contributing to the disadvantages faced by these women in the
arena of work.

Despite their overwhelming participation in the local market, women are still at an economical disadvantage due to contributing factors of limited access to stable, well-paid employment and confinement to feminine work.
Girls who opt for vocational courses tend to choose less technical fields, hence narrowing their employment possiblities. Their attitudes may be linked to socio-cultural factors.
Disadvantaged girls are unable to attend secondary educational institution because they are unable to meet the entrance requirements and cost of these courses. Even though some non-governmental organizations provide assistance for these women, it is still uncertain whether it proved beneficial to their situation since these programs were not sufficiently monitored.

Disadvantaged? i think that should be in the continuos tense because girls are still not able to meet the requirements. Maybe you should replace advantaged with " girls who are at an disadvantage... but of course that's just my opinion. I found the rest to be quite okay

There is a high percentage of women in the workforce, however they are concurrently faced with economic challengeges. Firstly, women are obligated to only under-paid jobs.Secondly, girls who participate in summer courses are likely to enrolled in jobs which requires limited qualifications.Thirdly, in less developed countries, girls do not have the opportunities to pursue higher teritary education due to the limited entrance requirements and courses cost. Furthermore, privates sectors have provided trainig programmes to increase out of school girls level of income with limited surveyance strategies. However numerous problems can occur, because of the lack of interests in the benifits of the working conditions in the working environment.
