If its hard to study, start by sitting down for only 10 minutes at a time. And when you do sit down to study make sure that you have something specific that you want to do, don't just open a book and say, "I am studying". Try to set yourself some questions to answer without the textbook and then check for the correct answers.

When the 10 minutes are up, get up and go do something completely different for 15 minutes, then come back and sit down for another 10 minutes. This time set yourself a task to do in another subject. Answer some questions, write out 5 formulas or 10 definitions and try to memorize them. Test yourself to make sure you know them. When your 10 minutes are up, get up again and go do something else.

Do this for a couple of days, when you can do it easily, then try it for 15 minutes. When you can do that easily, try it for 20 minutes and so on.

ok from what i see its all laid out i the charts just follow the links meaning the blue lines everything is set in order if you don't understand just Google the word and read the definition so you can understand what the whole thing is all about its guide its not a sba hope this help
