CXC CSEC exam results May/June 2012
CXC will be releasing the results of the CXC CSEC exams - May/June 2012 online on Friday 10th August, 2012.
CXC has annouced the date for the release of results for the CXC CSEC exams May/June 2012 in its online calendar.
This means that on Friday 10th August, 2012, CXC CSEC exam candidates can go online to the CXC Student portal and access their CSEC exam results for the May/June 2012 exams.
We wish the best of of luck to all those students who are sitting exams this year and will be anxiously awaiting their results.
Thursday 9th August, 2012 - 4.15pm: Based on the time used by CXC for the release of the CXC CAPE exam results 2012, it appears that the results of the CXC CSEC exams will most likely be released on Friday night at 11.59 ppm; Friday 10th August, 2012.
Friday 10th August, 2012 2.38pm: For all the many people emailing us, please be advised that we are not a Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) organization. We are not associated or affiialited with CXC in any way. As a result we cannot give you your CXC CSEC exam results. We have no more information about the CXC CSEC exam results than has already been posted publicly by CXC.
We understand your anxiety. We are also happy to open our comments section so that you can communcate with other concerned exam candidates and share up-to-the minute information on the release of results.
We urge patience, it is hard, but still, what else can you do? We urge patience, and hope that everyone gets the exam results that they want and need.

hi, just wondering for cape unit 1, would i need to go to the ministry to get the actual results, or do i need to wait until unit 2 is finished to get the results for both ?
CXC blaming everybody else except themselves
CXC looking round to blame everybody else except themselves for the bad exam marks this year. Is everybody else fault but them.
I am not saying that the children don't have something to do with it, but how English language results IN THE WHOLE CARIBBEAN go drop from over 63% to 46% in one year? In one year? So all them children get totally dumb from one year to the next??
Come on CXC! Not all of us stupid. It doesn't happen like that. Statistically speaking, it just doesn't happen like that. There is definitely more to this than saying, "the students are not performing up to standard".
Instead of running all over the Caribbean trying to make everybody believe that the problem is theirs, I suggest you clean up your house! You are affecting students' lives!
Bet everybody pass CXC exams in January now!

CXC has had many new markers this marking period as they have cut in half the payments that would be made to teachers outside the 35 miles radius.
These markers from the country areas normally get from CXC an allowance to assist in covering boarding accommodation that these markers have to source on their own. That no longer exists and it has proven costly to find transportation into Kingston and then find accommodation for one to two weeks on a reduced income. The institutions in and around the marking centres have also increased the amount charged for the period of boarding
Additionally, since 2011 the honorarium is taxed. The question is though who gets this money as markers have not been asked to submit their TRN and or NIS.
So, it is quite possible that there was an increased in the number of new markers this year as experienced persons have been pulling out since 2011 and more did this year 2012.

...and go study. Only the failures are complaining. I bet we don't hear from you when you settle down and get a 2 next time...sure the January result will be better...you would be a Royal idiot if you fail again. Iam 62 years old and you are lucky you did not have to sit Cambridge at any level.
Generation of idiots...type out the English and stop creating sub -culture jargon; you won't be tested in that. Talk it, but dont write it in the exam. The CXC math is the same as my common entrance at age 10...you have computer, cell phone and girlfriend (which now means sex friend) and you not working. If you can get all that why bother with exams.

i am a form 5 student an sometime i find it hard with math but u no what i alway stay focus put all my effort with it also english but i love that subject english i thnik if u study hard u will be a successful person i life u will get your goal so thats what am doing put all that i have now so i can gain my goal

this is so true because last year i didnt recieve my right grade in math social studies, OA, AND integrated science, am so tired of putting in my all and in the end u dont give me my result properly

I suggest you contact CXC or your local Ministry of Education. I am sure that they have the exam results and can provide copies of exam slips.

Well people think I did poorly because I didn't have any evening class but I am sure that I don't fail. the Lord hears my cry and he help me. Thanks to him I cant wit to see the results.
