CaribExams essay competition

We are announcing the start of our weekly essay competitions. CXC CSEC English A exam candidates who are over 18 years of age are invited to submit essays in response to our weekly question.

The top 5 essays will be published here with the writers' names and the writers will gain membership in CaribExams.org.

Essays must be no longer than 250-300 words and must be emailed to kdaniel@caribexams.org

The deadline for entries is Thursday 9th June 2012 at 12 midnight.

The essay topic for this week:

Your teacher is strongly opposed to students using online CXC study resources. She insists that all her students use only her notes to prepare for the CXC exams. Write a letter to your community newspaper explaining why you agree or disagree with your teacher's position.

Good luck everyone who chooses to participate in our essay competition!

UPDATE: Please include your full (real!) name, location and contact information e.g. email address and phone number. Thanks!
