Queries on the CXC CSEC exam January 2011
The deadline to submit queries to CXC on the results of the CXC CSEC exams January 2011 is Friday 1st April 2011.
If you are not satisfied with your results in the CXC CSEC January 2011 exams, you can submit a query on them. If your query asks the CXC examiners to review your exam paper again, you pay a fee. If it is some other issue, you do not pay a fee.
You do not submit your query directly to CXC. Queries must be submitted, on the correct forms, to the Local Registrar (If you are in school, your query is sent through your school to the Local Registrar and then on to CXC).
The office of the Local Registrar is in the Ministry of Education - examinations section. In Jamaica, the Local Registrar's office is in the Overseas Examinations Commission.
The Local Registrar is responsible for forwarding your query to CXC in Barbados. The deadline for Local Registrars to submit these queries to CXC is 1st April 2011.
There is most likely a local deadline in your island or territory for submitting queries to the Local Registrar. Therefore, if you do have queries about your exam results, we suggest you contact your local Ministry of Education, local Education office or the Overseas Examinations Commission (Jamaica) as soon as possible after receiving your exam results.
