Signifyin' Guyana is hosting another writing competition

Signifyin' Guyana is hosting its second annual writing competition. This writing competition is focused on the,

"aesthetic beauty and of evergreen substance on our dear Guyana".

The difference with the Signifyin' Guyana writing competition this time is that......."The competition is open to anyone, anywhere"!

Yes! That means that if you live anywhere, inside or outside the Caribbean, and you have a story, incident or experience of Guyana to tell, you can enter.

Your writing pieces may be fiction or non-fiction and of any length (that's good but don't send a book, short story length is fine I think).

However, you can only submit three (3) pieces of writing to the competition.

The writing competition start date: February 1st, 2010

Competition end date: June 1st, 2010

The competition deadline has been extended to December 31st 2010

You can read more about it here >>
