fixed capital is permanent money invested onto the organization which is used to purchase fixed assets.
working capital is money keeps the business running from day to day.

Production: Every business must be producing something. The main function of prouction is satisfying customer needs or human wants.
*Purchasing Raw materials/stock
*The design of goods
*Research and development
*Manufacturing
*Storage of finished goods and stock

Finance: Is used to form an fund its operations.There are four main sources of finance/capital.
*Savings of the entrepreneur(s)
*Capital borrowe from a bank or other financial institutions
*Capital raised from shares(sales of) in the business
*Reinvestment of Profits into the business(Plough Back).

Marketing:It aims to anticipate the emands consumer so that the right product can be manufactured when the product manufacture marketing also seeks to promote the sales to consumers.Marketing does not only include goods but also labour, land and capital buildings must be marketed.

Personnel:This provides employment for the business.Theoratically the more business that exsist and the more successful they are the greater will be the nee for employers. Practically more technology, less employees.

FINANCE-DEALS WITH THE MONEY MANAGEMENT and money resource of the business operation
MARKETING- aims to anticipate comsumers demand in order that the right product is manufactured
PERSONNEL- promote employment. OR, to recruit people with the appropriate skills, care for their welfare, and ensure that necessary in-service traunung is provided toupdate their skills... THATS IT.

they changed our topic from production to finance because someone in my class stole a production SBA and the teacher doesn't want it to be of any use to someone so they changed it.
and the worst part is that i don't know a thing about finance

hey I agree the subject is not hard but it requires a lot of reading and the sba is very easy Imean very easy and ethical issues is basically speaking about what are the different activities the business will take part in 2 maintain a high standard for eg it will not discriminate against races, ages etc

uhmmm, the part bout government regulations, wel u hav 2 read de info from a particular book.in mi country i had to read it from a book from the inland revenue. there were certain laws in the book that were pertaining to my business.you should ask your teacher to show you which regulations to write. the ethical issues well u should create them for your business, keeping in mind that they are rules you making for your business, and the ethical issues should be something you establish for the business and from which the business can benefit.

well there r diferent types of linkage such as backward linkage and forward. what u need to do is to read up on the different types and then see which one best suits ur business
