Tutorials for CXC math topics

These caribexams math tutorials are organized according to the topics of the CXC math syllabus. So for each topic on the CXC math syllabus, you will find a tutorial section here that will guide you in that math area.

These tutorials are not meant to replace your regular CXC tutor, rather they are mean to supplement any formal instruction you are already receiving.

Each tutorial topic has many links to instructional clips, videos and text. We encourage you to review them all to see which tutorial style is a good match for you.

The thing about a subject like math is that sometimes people -or textbooks - will explain concepts or ideas and you simply don't understand it. Everybody around 'gets it' except you. So you think to yourself, "I must be really dumb, I don't get that."

That's not always true however, sometimes, all it takes is for someone -or some book - to explain it in a way that 'clicks' with us and we go "ahhh...that's what this means!"

So in that vein, we provide a range tutorials on CXC math topics from a variety of sources. Since we don't know which explanations will work for you or which ones will 'click' with you, we suggest that you look through them all and choose the tutorial materials that make the most sense to you.
