You make a very good point. I checked the timetable myself and it wasn't there. So I went back and checked over all the May/June 2009 timetable documents from CXC. It seems that while the exam was not listed in the timetable. It was listed in the KEY to the timetable. Now I don't know why this is so. Nevertheless, I have posted the whole key to the 2009 timetable here so that you can look at it and see when the exam will be held.
Right now there is a debate here about integrating the two; the timetable and the key. However, we do not know why CXC did not put all the subjects in the timetable. It may be because the dates are not yet settled and may be changed in the future. We do not know. So at present we will not put the timetable and the key together. We offer them to you, just as we got them from CXC. You may look over both to see when your exams will be held.

Closing date for registration CXC May/June 2009
According to the CXC website, the closing date for registration of private candidates for the May/June cycle of the CXC CSEC exams, is usually around the end of October-early November, the year before. Please read, "deadlines for the submission of registration data".
This means that the registration deadline for CXC CSEC exams May/June 2009 would have passed in October-November 2008.
Of course I would advise that you double check this with your local Ministry of Education. They may have pushed back the registration deadline for some reason or they may be accepting late entries. You never know and it never hurts to try.
Final timetable CXC May/June 2009 Exams
Hello everyone, please be advised that the draft timetable for the CXC CSEC exams May/June 2009 has been finalised. We have updated our timetable to reflect the new timetable. The final timetable remains essentially the same as the draft. The only change has been the addition of the English B exam to the timetable. It is on May 13th 2009.
No Human & Social Biology 2
I am not seeing paper 2 for Human and Social Biology, or is it an oversight on my part?

No, it is not an oversight on your part. It was an oversight on our part actually. The HSB paper 2 is on the 8th May in the afternoon. We have amended our timetable to correct this error. Thanks for pointing this out to us.

Why not go to the official CXC website cxc.org I think u r suppsed. to find it there or if not just make a post again or check caribexams again.
Re: where is add math
Hello, as far as we are aware, CXC does not offer add math at the CSEC level. You may be speaking about the CAPE exams. Our timetable is only for students sitting the CXC CSEC exams.

i am nt sure if this is the final date for add maths but from wat i understand add maths is on june 3rd and 5th..nt sure wat time meaning am or pm.

hello everyone... i am so excited to be writing english language and mathematics this year.. because i have 2 of the best teachers in the world.. i attend the academy of apex education in guyana.. my teachers are very detailed in their presentation and i know factually that i will get a distinction inenglish language and at least a grade one in mathematics.. i want to encourage all my fellow c.s.e.c candidates to study harder... as my english teacher would say study to show yourself approved[ with reference to the bible].

buy past papers and practice them...its best to get some pprs from like 1999 those time and get at least a decade of practice

an error in timetable
ther is an error in the CXC timetable posted for May/June 2009 Exams. THer is on time alotted for HSB paper 2. This paper is to an Fir May 8.
