Registration for CXC CSEC exams May/June 2011

Registration for the CXC CSEC exams May/June 2011 is going on now in all Caribbean territories.

The deadline for registering for exams varies by territory but is usually around the end of November.

If you wish to sit the CXC CSEC exams as a private candidate in May/June 2011, you are advised to visit the examinations department of your local Ministry of Education or your District Education office as soon as possible. If you are in Jamaica you would need to contact the Overseas Examinations Commission in Kingston.

If you miss the registration deadline, there may be the possibility of submitting a late entry for the examinations, please enquire at the Education office.

Here are the registration fees for the CXC CSEC exams 2011.

Nationals of Trindad and Tobago please note:

The government of Trinidad and Tobago pays the CXC CSEC registration fees for all private candidates sitting the CXC CSEC exam for the first or second time. Therefore, these registration fees would not apply to you if,

1) You are a national of Trinidad and Tobago;

2) You are a private candidate for the CXC CSEC exams;

3) You are sitting a CXC CSEC exam for the first or second time (If you fail the exam twice, you will have to pay your own exam fees if you wish to sit the exam again).
