Hey, I just would like a confirmation on something: these 'Paper 3/2' - is that a 3rd paper for students who have not submitted their SBAs or what? I just want to know what it is for and if students who have submitted SBAs have to do them. plz&thx

Paper 3/2 of the CXC exams
Hi,
Paper 3 or more accurately paper 3/2 is the alternate or substitute paper for private candidates who are not able to submit School Based Assessments (SBAs).
If you are sitting the CXC CSEC exams on your own, as a private candidate, and you are not associated with any educational institution, you would do the normal paper 1 and paper 2. In addition, since you cannot submit an SBA, you would sit a third exam paper, paper 3/2.
Having paper 3/2 for the exams allows adult and out-of-school learners to still have the opportunity to sit the exams and pass them, even if they are not in a school setting.

maths and english
i`m trying real hard with my maths but i have english under control but maths is giving me a headach exams are couples of weeks away and when it come to maths i`m a goner god help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

HAVE NO FEAR........maths is nothing.....just get the syllabus booklet and a good textbook and you are good to go.
