Your CXC exam registration records and personal exam timetable now available ... ONLINE!

St. George’s, February 2, 2012 – The Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) is making it easier for candidates to access their records...online!

Previously, candidates only had online access to their results; however as of January 23, 2012, both students and private candidates can access their registration records online, by logging onto the students’ portal on CXC’s website at https://ors.cxc.org/studentportal.

To gain access to the portal, candidates who are registered for the May-June 2012 Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) and Caribbean Advance Proficiency Examination (CAPE) sittings must use their ten-digit candidate number and the Centre’s six-digit code number, and must also possess a valid email address.

Candidates are urged to carefully review the subjects, options and personal details entered into the registration system and in cases where errors are observed, it must be immediately reported to the Principal or Head of the Examination Centre.

Individual timetables are also available online on the students’ portal.

CXC is also reminding Principals and Head of Centres that it will not be sending out hard copies of the Preliminary Register for verification of the accuracy of candidates’ registration records, since the registration records are available to users in the ORS in a report called CXC Final Register.

“The online report should be reviewed regularly to ensure all records contained therein are accurate and valid,” says CXC Registrar Dr. Didicus Jules. “Any errors observed should be brought to the attention of CXC via the office of the Local Registrar,” he says.

Online access will also be provided for candidates sitting the June 2012 Caribbean Certificate of Secondary Level Competence (CCSLC). That access will become available from March 1.

hey guys just click on the link to register again and fill it out then you'll have access. when you register first they say that your information is stored then you go back to the link on a refreshed page and re-login.....after that you should be able to see your results

I am trying so much to see my results and I'm not getting through!! All that I'm getting is "information denied or incorrect" all my information is correct!!

I think that this portal should be protected with a password, because other candidate can access people information if they know their details.
