Food and Nutrition
Hi everyone,
I am concerned about the food and nutrition past paper book. For the specimen multiple choice some of the answer for them are wrong. I would like to know if that is what CXC marks as correct or if it was an error. One example is
18. Complentary foods are BEST given introduced at what stage of an infant's life?
(A) 1 month
(B) 3 months
(C) 6 months
(D) 12 months
The book as the answer as B (3months) and the text books say that it is 6 months. can someone rectify that please. Thanks in advance.

Seems to me that the correct answer is 6 months. You cannot give a 3 month old baby complementary foods as their digestive system is still to undeveloped.

today was a real disappointement , in saint lucia we were unable to have our spanish orals because of a teachers union meeting . To make matters worst , we don't know when we are actually going to have our exam because the problem hasn't been resolved as yet.*sad* :(

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment on the Spanish orals which was supposed to be held today. The teachers in my school (CICSS)said the orals will take place on Thursday this week but since the teachers' union are planning to go on a strike (probably) on that day, I am still not completely sure of the exact correct date.
