hey whats hangin adim this site has been pretty usefull for cxc information despite the stupidness cxc
has been doing on releasing exam results.

ADMIN HELP, FINALLY I GOT MY RESUTLS ON PAPER BUT THEY SPELT MY NAME WRONG WHAT SHOULD I DO. I NEED TO HAVE A CORRECT NAME TO GO INTO MY CAREER OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CXC I'LL GET YOU FOR THIS.

ok i'm a little confused as to... some parts of the timetable and unsure what will be done in this situation. On tuesday, i am doing both subjects, so does that mean in the afternoon period i will be missing out on either one of the exams... spanish 1 or physics 2? :s please answer! thank you! :)

Hello,
If you have two exams at the same time, you will need to contact the CXC Local Registrar in your territory to let them know about the exam "clash". Once they know about it, they are supposed to make arrangements for you to sit one of the exams at an alternate time.
The key though, is letting them know early about the problem so that they can start working on a solution right away.

Thank you that helps so much! :) also i haven't received my timetable and the website said that if i didn't receive it by a certain date which i believe was the 14th of Nov. i was to contact them i believe and tell them. My friends who are also writing exams haven't received our schedules so is it an overall delay or something... or is it just us? and i would appreciate if you can give me the contact info if i do have to inform them. Thanks again :D

if i sign up for paper 3 and
if i sign up for paper 3 and i have already pasted it in 2012 june will i still have 2 do it and if i dont do it for exam will dey mark back my previous mark

Hi,
you didn't say what subject you were referring to, so I can only give you general advice.
If you sign up for a CXC CSEC exam and there are three papers in the exam, if you do not pass the exam, that's it. They do not take out your grade from paper 3 and say you passed paper 3 so you don't have to do it again.
As far as CXC is concerned, you failed the exam.
So if you have to sit that exam again, at any time, you will have to sit all three papers for the exam.

January 2013 personal CXC exam timetable
Hello,
You can get your personal exam timetable online at the CXC Students' Portal. We talk about that here in this post.
You will need to enter:
(1) your last name,
(2) your date of birth,
(3) your birth certificate number and
(4) when you plan to sit the exams.
You should be able to see your CXC exam timetable then. I am not sure if you can print it out however.
Please post back here again and let us know if this works.
January 2013 personal CXC exam timetable
hello. what if you don't have a trinidadian birth c. no. and well obviously have another birth no. from another country? and i was approved to write the exam. i filled out everything but it said that i had invalid info. what to do now? i still need the information! :( and i don't know where i would have gotten a Centre and Candidate No., i assume it would have been given with the info you all are supposed to send? :|

In your particular circumstance, you will need to contact the local Ministry of Education in your island for assistance. I suggest you contact them as soon as you possibly can.

THUS WE NEED ALL THE INFO.?!?!? could you all please inform us!?!? even if there's some mix up or problems you all should still advertise it! like post on the web site, anounce it on the radio or tv! spanish exam date and centre is confusing

My name is Denesh Brandon Ramroop.
My reg no is: xxxxxxxxxx.
I received my time table for both written and oral exams in the mail.
There is some conflicting information on the letter dd. 01st December, 2012.
*The time table i received for spanish oral is to be held on
Thursday 27th december 2013 at Penal Secondary School at 9am.
*This time table also mentions:
spanish paper 1 at 1pm on
tuesday 15th january 2013 at Penal Secondary School at 1pm.
I also received another time table detailing the rest of my subjects, inclusive of spanish paper 2 and paper 1 to be held on 15th january, 2013 at Siparia West Secondary at 9am for paper 2 and 1pm for paper 1.
I wish to enquire whether i have to proceed to the school in Penal on the 15th january to do paper 1 in spanish at 1pm, as soon as i complete the spanish paper 2 at the school in siparia on the same said date for 9am.

Hello Denesh,
This confusion with the correct exam testing centre where you are supposed to sit the CXC CSEC Spanish paper 1 exam can only be resolved by the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Education.
I suggest you contact the Ministry of Education or district Education Office as soon as possible and request that they inform you which exam centre you should be at for the CXC CSEC Spanish paper 1 exam.

i just wanted to know...if like i got a 3 last year in june exam in I.T and this january 2013 exam i failed the I.T test...can i still use the 3 i got last year or i have to stay with fail mark for I.T i got in january 2013 exam?

Nope,you cannot use the 3 you got in I.T last year.The last one always counts.It doesn't matter if you did it and got a 2 first and then you did it again and failed.The last one that you did always counts,that's the way it is.
