Certificates for CXC CSEC exams January 2011 issued

CXC will issue certificates to exam candidates who sat the CXC CSEC exams, January 2011, on

Thursday 14th April 2011.

These certificates will be issued to the Local Registrar in the islands and territories where the CXC CSEC exam January 2011 were held. The office of the Local Registrar is situated in the island's Ministry of Education. In Jamaica, the Local Registrar's office is in the offices of the Overseas Examinations Commission.

You should receive your exam certificate for the CXC CSEC exams January 2011 soon after this date.

If you do not receive your exam certificate, you should contact your local Education office/ division, local Ministry of Education or the Overseas Examinations Commission (Jamaica).

i did csec office administration in january 2011 and we are in july and i have notg recieved my certificate. why??? is it TTpost of ministry of education???? i am confused.....

If i got a grade 1 in POB as a private candidate and i already applied for june exams as a school candidate.Is it important to right the exam in may/june as i already hv a grade 1 and if i dont write it ,is it possible that i could get my january pob grade on my may/june certificate

Hello,

If you (or someone else) has already paid for you to sit the exam in June, then you should probably sit the exam as the money is already spent.

You will not get your January POB grade on your May/June certificate since you did not sit the exam in May/ June. You will get a January certificate stating that you received a grade 1 in POB.

If i pass physics and chemistry in may/june last year and fail this year, would i be able to carry on my pass from last year??? please reply admin.

Hello,

Your Physics and Chemistry passes from last year are still valid and can be used for anything you need. Please make sure to hold on to your exam certificate.

Hi I wrote English A in January 2011 as a private candidate and and I got a general 4 in the exam i got a B for understanding and a E for expression why i did not get at least a three instead?

I have a friend who wrote January CSEC exams and was successful in obtaining her passes. As a result, she did not write the June exam for the same subject, meaning she will have two sets of certificates. Some of the schools she wants to pursue CAPE at want all of the subjects on one certificate but I heard it's possible to put all the subjects on one certificate..how much does that cost? and can it be done before the actual June results come out?
