Are typewriters still used in schools these days for the typewriting exam or have they upgraded to computers?

Hello,

Typwriting is no longer offered as an exam with CXC. The subject that has replaced typEwriting is Electronic Document Preparation and Management (EDPM.

The focus of this exam is on using a word processing suite to produce documents and understanding the workflow processes involved.

Hope this helps.
