hi good day people how do i do this question a total of 1200 students attend top high school. the ratio of teachers to students is1:30
(1)how many teachers are there at the school ?
two-fifths of the students own personal computer
(2)how many stusdent do not own personal computure
thirty percent of students who own personal computures also own play stations.
(3) what fraction of the student in the school own play stations ?
xpress your answer inthe lowest terms.

2009 January math paper 1 and 2.

What do you think about the fact that many people pass the math paper 1 and most people fail the math paper 2?

If you look at the math exam guide, you will see that based on the way the marks for the exam are distributed, if you fail the CXC math paper 2, you basically fail the whole exam.

So even if you can do the multiple choice exams very well, you can still get messed up with the paper 2.

Most people fail paper 2 of the CXC math exam. The thing is, can you fail paper 2 and still pass the math exam? I don't think so. You would need to look at the marking scheme of the CXC math exam to see how the marks are distributed.
